200 Hours Teacher Training

Our 200 hours of teacher training provides a multi-style yoga practice which mainly comprises 4 main yoga styles that are Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, and Ashtanga yoga followed by different practices of meditation, Theoretical knowledge of yoga anatomy, yogic philosophy, and other traditional yoga practices.

300 Hours Teacher Training

It is an intermediate and advanced level Tapas Yoga teacher training in Goa that allows you to master your body, breath, and mind. Only teachers who completed 200 YTTC are allowed to join this course.

Yoga Retreats

I took a 200 hour course.All classes were taught in English, but the teacher was always present, so I was able to ask questions at any time.The manager also responded immediately if I had any trouble during my stay, and everyone was kind!Best of all, the food is really, really delicious.Although it is located in a busy tourist area, it is safe and I had the best experience in India for the first time!

I had a really wonderful experience at Tapas Yoga doing my 200 hour teacher training! The teachers were highly skilled not only in yoga but in teaching it to us. They went into great detail about the benefits of the asanas and the proper alignment so that we can prevent injuries. The philosophy classes were very interesting also. The meals provided were delicious and you cannot beat the location of the school we we were a one minute walk to the beach and the main road were all the shops wer. I would love to go back and do it all over again!
