Yoga Teacher Training Course
WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga is not a religion, it’s a science, it’s an art of self-discipline.

Practicing, learning, or teaching yoga in any style, from anywhere will invite peace, happiness, health, and prosperity into your life.
WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED TO BE A YOGA TEACHER?
You need a good heart, rest we will build in you.
IS 24 DAYS ENOUGH TO BECOME A YOGA TEACHER?
Honestly no! Yoga requires years and years of practice and you will see yourself evolving every single day. TTC is like planting a seed in your mind which will emerge as a huge tree as time passes. The only thing you need is to nourish the seed every day. How good and evolved a teacher you become, depends on the commitment you show towards it even after you leave Kashish Yoga.
Remember that when you are teaching and helping others, the knowledge that you will get is more valuable than years of practicing and studying.
