Course fees, deposits, accommodation fees, and related charges must be paid according to the published payment schedule.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid are non-refundable. Transfer requests may be considered at management discretion.
Participants are solely responsible for passports, visas, insurance, vaccinations, and travel arrangements.
Participants confirm they are physically and mentally capable of participating and will disclose relevant medical conditions.
Yoga, physical activity, excursions, and wellness activities involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
Participants must behave respectfully toward staff, teachers, guests, local communities, and property.

Course manuals, recordings, branding, logos, website content, and educational materials remain the property of Tapas Yoga India.
Photographs and videos may be captured for educational and promotional purposes unless a participant submits a written objection before program commencement.
Tapas Yoga India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation or website use.
Tapas Yoga India shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.
